Responsibilities
I wear many hats at TLC, and that is exactly what I enjoy. One day I am mapping out long-term strategy and monitoring the overall health of the business, the next I am helping with a rush order by plugging wires. That range is part of the job. I set the direction, then step in wherever I am needed to keep things on track.

Credentials
I am a problem solver at heart, with a work ethic that started at TLC. When I was young, I sat at the kitchen table removing terminals from reels for a penny each. I’ve worked long days in construction and late nights running a business I co-owned, sometimes juggling multiple jobs at once. Those experiences shaped how I show up today: ready to dig in, solve problems, and keep pushing forward.

Philosophy
I believe in taking smart, calculated risks, but never at the expense of our future. We have more than 100 employees relying on this company, and that responsibility drives every decision I make. TLC’s trajectory is grounded in protecting what we’ve built and ensuring we will be here for the long run.


Mindy Lhotka

I bring hands-on leadership across our technology, manufacturing, and distribution divisions. My days can jump from fine-tuning processes and closing the books to rolling out new policies or supporting big-picture planning. At the core, I keep our accounting operations running smoothly and the business moving forward.

Credentials
Give me an Excel spreadsheet and I’ll find the story in the numbers. With a background in Global Finance and Fraud Investigation, plus experience in budgeting, GAAP, ERP systems, and process improvement, I know how to connect the dots across the business. I spot risks early, strengthen controls, and give the team clear, reliable insights to make smart decisions.

I bring data into the conversation in a way that actually drives decisions. By pairing analytics with forecasting, I help shape a clear path forward and strengthen the bigger picture of where we’re headed.
