Step 2: Quoting Team Review
Our degreed engineers evaluate your project to identify costs, availability, and lead times. Every quote undergoes an executive review to ensure accuracy and alignment with your requirements.

Step 3: Receive Your Quote
Once your review is complete, you’ll receive a detailed quote by email from our Customer Solutions team.

Warranty Information

Once your order moves into production, TLC’s in-house team in St. Paul, MN, USA ensures your assemblies are built to exact specifications with precision, communication, and care.

Step 1: Purchase Order
A Purchase Order (PO) is required to begin production.

Step 2: Scheduling Team
Our Scheduling Team coordinates every step of the build process:
  • Orders all required materials
  • Allocates machine time for your project
  • Sends a confirmation email to keep you informed

Step 3: Production Team
Your project is manufactured under strict quality standards with testing integrated throughout the process:

  • Internal quality reviews
  • Built to print: our internal First Article process verifies accuracy and quality
  • Continuity testing
  • Full ISO compliance

Step 4: Shipping

  • First Article paperwork is included (when applicable) 
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Warranty Information

TLC makes repeat orders simple and efficient. Whether you’re reordering within a few months or after a longer period, our team ensures your parts meet current specifications, pricing, and availability.

Step 1: Within 90 Days
Reorders placed within 90 days follow the same streamlined process as your original order for quick turnaround and consistent quality.


Step 2: After 90 Days

If your reorder occurs after 90 days, our engineering and quoting teams complete a brief review to confirm accuracy and any updates:

  • BOM review for part or component changes 
  • Requote based on current material costs and lead times
